FiberFrax Coatings & Mixes
These Fiberfrax® high temperature products consist of coating cements, rigidizer, moldables, pumpables, caulks, casting mixes & refractory mortar. Many of these products contain a wet, inorganic binder to provide both strength and hardness at elevated temperatures.
Fibers
Isofrax® is a revolutionary new fiber that utilizes a unique, patented silica-magnesia chemistry to solve a variety of demanding, high-temperature application problems to 2300°F. It meets European regulatory requirements (Directive 97/69/EC) due to its enhanced biosolubility. Isofrax is available as an inorganic, needled insulating blanket in various densities, thicknesses & widths. Isofrax is also available in loose Bulk Fiber, Paper & Module forms.

FyreWrap Duct Insulation
FyreWrap materials provide fire protection insulation & protective wrap systems for the commercial building industry. Offering a fire rated enclosure for grease, fume & air ducts, FyreWrap also reduces clearance to combustibles. Applications include commercial kitchen grease ducts, chemical fune exhaust ducts, critical air ducts, HVAC ducts, commercial dryer vents, and refuse & linen chutes.
Heating Elements
The most common silicon carbide element used to 2800°F is the solid bar that’s connected at both ends. We do have a spiral groove bar for higher temperatures (3000°F). Also available is a bayonet type where space limitations exist. Other specialty elements are available. Please contact us with dimensions (overall length, heating length & diameter) for a competitive quotation. We also have accessories such as braid, clamps, terminal straps & terminal tubes.
